The Food & Beverage Works management system includes:

- Keeping track of quantities and values, inventories, intra- and inter-store movements and item conversions.
- One general price list of items or several different price lists per POS.
- Suppliers, purchase orders, purchase invoices.
- Customers, customer invoices.
- Financial transactions, i.e. debits, credits, receipts and payments of all the above concepts.
- Securities management. Online connection to BlueByte accounting programs or export of financial data for import into third party accounting programs.
They are also integrated:
- Fast and dynamic search with all database data and export them to other programs such as Microsoft Excel.
- Report designer. The client has the ability to design and integrate reports of their choice into the software.
- Flexible database of extremely high performance.
